ankle pain
by dean
(boston lincs)
was playing football about 10 years ago and hurt my ankle which when got advice said it was ligament dammage but every now and again my ankle seems to hurt on the outside as if i have sprained it
i just wondered if it would be possible to have a little bit of bone in there that might be causing this pain as it is not all the time and can sometimes cause pins and needles in the toes
Hello Dean,
That is a possibility, but far more likely is that the ankle mortice, or subtalar joints have never been reduced properly. It causes incredibly sharp pain when it locks up again. I know, had it myself!
Start looking for a FICS chiropractor (sports) who specialises in feet.
