Hi
I am 29 years old. From the last one month I am having continous pain in my back. First I thought it might be muscular pain. Later I consulted Orthopaedic surgeon who diagnosed me with decreased space L4-5-S1. Plz help me what treatment should I take?
Hello Manzoor,
It appears that you may have six lumbar vertebrae instead of five, sometimes creating abnormal joints at the sacrum.
There aren't many chiropractors in India that I know of; start with our lower back exercises that you'll find in the navigation bar at Chiropractic Help.
