Real name on webpage

Dear Dr. Lewis,


I found my real name used in a question I had sent you a few years back on this page: https://www.chiropractic-help.com/bilateral-arm-pain-and-tingling.html

I'm okay with the story being up and thank you for your response, but could you remove my real name and replace it with something else? I have a very unique name and this post shows up on Google when my name is searched.
