sore lower back goes to my hips then my butt to back of legs

I'm pregnant and have had lower back pain which goes to my hips then butt and legs.

Sometimes it can be on just one side and some days it would be both sides of my lower back,
and also been getting sharp pains around my lower stomach area usually when I lay down in bed and I make a sudden movement and a really sharp pain comes.

Hello Gale,
Pregnancy and backache go hand in hand as I'm sure you know. Much of it is treatable, but why not start with the gentle exercises at the page below?

If there's no relief, then start shopping around for a chiropractor who treats pregnant women.
