Tingling in feet and legs
Hi,
I have a problem in walking; while walking I felt shaky in my legs and also feels like pulling left side. I contacted the doctor with my Spine MRI. Doctor said I have a problem in L4-L5 & L5-S1 nerve compression.
I started physiotherapy; my question can go for walk, run or cycling? Can I get better soon?
Hello,
That's a question to address to your PT. Lumbar spinal stenosis can cause weakness in the legs, in which case you might fall.
Surprisingly LSS responds better than expected to conservative care. Give you PT a fair try, but if it doesn't help, start looking for a local chiropractor who specialises in the lower back.
Dr B thanks in advance
